This (for me) was the BEST part of the parade : D
I LOVE dresses like these.
The color in them are SO PRETTY.
And yes...the BIG, green thing with feathers behind her is her coller.
And I LOVE her hat, look how tall that thing is.
Cool huh?

    Yes, they ARE pretty! It would be fun to wear a costume like that! Just not in a parade. :)
