Like I have said in a previous blog post we are BIG Disney fans. When I mean BIG I mean BIG. We just got back in Febuary and it all ready feals like we've been gone for YEARS. The other day Gianna and I were waching the Disney Plainning DVD and by the time it was over she was in tears. I mean BIG, tears as if someone would have given her some M&M's then took it and ate it in front of her. It was sad and so was she. Then the next day I was watching T.V. and a Disney commercial came on and felt like crying (felt like crying, I did'nt though). We go every year. So now you what I mean by saying that we're BIG Disney fans right? Well if you don't here are a few (and I use the term loosely) pictures for this past short-but fun vacaion. We teese Dad all the about seeing Mickeys in EVERYTHING. What I mean is whenever we see two small cercles on top of a big cercle we say it's a Mickey Mouse, and the funny thing is he HATES it.

A Cutie With A Cookie
Just the other day I had just made a big batch of cookies. Well guess who saw..... if you said Anna, you are right. Here are the cookies. And yes that cookie is Mickey Mouse. For you who don't know us we are BIG, I mean B-I-G Disney fans (that's anther blog post).
At first she didn't know what to do with it.
Then I said "Anna eat it" and she did. And boy did she enjoy it.
Here is the recipe for my Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1 cup of butter (soft),
1 cup of sugar,
1 cup of brown sugar,
2 eggs,
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of baking soda
2 cups of oats,
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of nuts (optional)
Cream the butter & sugar. Blend in the eggs. Mix in the dry ingredients the add it to the butter mix, then put in the chocolate chips and/or nuts. Bake @ 350* for 12-14 minutes.
And enjoy :)

~The Father-Daughter Picnic~
My Dad and I went to a Father-Daughter picnic last Friday on April, 17th. I had never been to one before, so I didn't know what it would be like. Some very good friends came too, three words. IT WAS GREAT.
Like I said, it was a Father-Daughter picnic so that was a great opportunity for fathers and daughters to bond and talk. Everyone was dressed in Church attire and everyone looked very nice, some girls wore gloves and smocked dresses others wore their Easter dresses. The Dads wore nice dress slacks and some wore ties. They looked nice too. They had a speaker came and talk about courtship. It was so intriguing. Because just the night before my Mom and I had watched "Return Of The Daughters" and that was really good, I definitely reccoemend it. It was really good that Mom and I watched it because she explained everything to me, to where I could understand it. What Mr. Barry (the speaker) was talking about totally had me on the edge of my seat going "ohhhhh, I so want to do that!!" and I really meant it.

This is only time that I got to wright on the table.
What can I say. The Dads are the ones that gave in.
Maybe we should ask the Dads more often.... I like that idea.
As the girls as I were walking toward this BEAUTIFUL lakefront we happened to come a cross these little fellas
A mom, dad and baby goslings.
They were so CUTE.
all in all the picnic was G-R-E-A-T. If they have one next year I look forward to going.

What A Hoppy Easter
We went to New Orleans for Easter to stay with my Grandparents and we had a BLAST.
Here are some pictures for proof.
Mom, Dad, Maw-Maw & Paw-Paw had this BIG thing in the backyard for us kids when we woke up.
After we went to Church Dad and Mom got into the spacewalk.
Around 2:00 our cousins came.
Andrew is 17 and Matthew is 4.
We had an Easter Egg hunt.
And to end this fun day here is my FAVORTE picture that I took of Anna Rose. I think the light is SO pretty the way it hits her.
